1 porro 1 leek

Lavate e affettate in rondelle un porro e fatelo soffriggere con due cucchiai di burro;lavate le erbette, tagliatele in striscioline e aggiungetele al porro, facendo brasare per qualche minuto; bagnate con il brodo preparato con due dadi e un litro di acqua bollente.
